Business Profile

We are a team who love the detail and thrive in the expectation our clients and prospects demand of us. We are known for our hands on and face to face approach and the integrity we bring through our entire professional offering. Inception to claim - we will stand shoulder to shoulder with the business we represent. The local office was started in 1964 and ran as CH Jeffires through until 2005 when it was purchased by Willis. We moved to Smart and Cook in 2008 and haven't looked back since. The support we received from the Bluefin team and management was integral to us surviving and helping so many of our clients post 2009 and 2015 floods.
