Dockray Meadow Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite in Lamplugh, Cumbria is within easy reach of lesser-known lake gems such as Cogra Moss, Ennerdale, Loweswater, Crummock Water, Buttermere, Derwentwater and Keswick. With scenic surroundings of hills and trees, the caravan park offers a great getaway for the family and a great choice for dog owners with lovely walks from the site. Unwind alongside the tumbling stream or watch the red squirrels dart about. For the more energetic, there are plenty of scenic walks and the Coast to Coast Cycle Route is only a short distance away. Other excursions include the St Bees Head Nature Reserve, several nearby National Trust sites and the lovely old market town of Cockermouth.
